Gantry robot PARKER

3D handling of semi-finished products. The gantry robot ensures the operation of two lines and two hoppers so that both lines are fully utilized. Portal robots can be manufactured according to customer requirements, including control, i.e. the customer determines the range of movements in the x, y, z axis plus rotation, the required time for manipulation and the resulting speeds and accelerations.

5-axis winder rotors

Design, development and implementation of a production line for winding rotors. Scope of delivery: conceptual design, complete mechanical, electrical, programming and safety project, connection, setup and programming of servo controls, PLC, HMI, Profinet communication interfaces, system integration, testing, commissioning, certification, documentation and training. Used power steering brand Parker, PLC and HMI brand Siemens.

Control of 10t and 3t positioners

Design, development and implementation of control of 10t and 3t positioners using frequency converters brand Nord, PLC and HMI Siemens. In addition to manual control, the application also supports automatic control using programmed recipes with the possibility of connecting to a welding robot. Scope of delivery: conceptual design, electrical project, connection, setting and programming of servo controls, PLC, HMI, Profinet / CANOpen communication interfaces, system integration, testing, commissioning, documentation and training.

General repair of the 5-axis winder

General repair of the 5-axis winder: replacement, programming of servo control, PLC and HMI. Replacement of inch linear guides, ball screws for metric ones. Replacing US made planetary gears with EU made ones.

Retrofit electro instalation and control product lines

Replacement of the original servo controls, PLC and HMI with new brands. Parker and Siemens. Scope of delivery: conceptual design, electrical project, wiring, setting and programming of servo controls, PLC, HMI, Profinet communication interfaces, system integration, testing, commissioning and documentation.

Control servo motors in Ex enviroment

Design, development and implementation of different ways of controlling drives in an explosive environment. Synchronous speed control of the dual drive with output M=360Nm. Conveyor position control with parameters: s, v, a, j. Tool rotation speed control with parameters: v, a, j. Profinet interface used. Used drives and control of drives brand Parker.
Servis servo controls

Replacement of Parker series 638 servo control with Compax3 servo control, replacement of speed control with position control, including modification of PLC S7-300 program.
